Prettau Zirconia

The Prettau Zirconia bridge replaces all-on-4 titanium and acrylic material typically used for the implant restoration.

Prettau® zirconia dental restorations are made of safe, biocompatible materials. They have an extremely high flexural and tensile strength, and the non-porous design is resistant to chipping, cracking, and staining. The restorations have a smooth exterior, which prevents abrasion to surrounding teeth and gum tissue. In addition, zirconia is multicolored, highly translucent, and natural looking; our technicians use custom coloring techniques for seamless integration into your smile.

When put through rigorous laboratory testing, zirconia restorations had a 200 percent higher bending strength than other materials like titanium and acrylic restorations. Prettau® Zirconia can better withstand the normal wear and tear on teeth from chewing, biting, and speaking. Because of their enhanced durability and strength, zirconia restorations last longer than other dental materials.
Aesthetically, Prettau Zirconia dental restorations look extremely natural. The optimized microstructure of the Prettau Zirconia produces greater translucency, so the restorations reflect light in the same manner as natural teeth. This gives our Prettau Zirconia restorations an incredibly life-like appearance. Further, the restorations can be color matched to your existing teeth.

Due to the non-abrasive nature of the material, zirconia restorations offer a level of comfort that is unmatched.  At the PermaDontics Center, we prefer Prettau Zirconia over most other materials in a typical
dental implant restoration.
For years we have strived to provide the most advanced treatments for our patients.  We are pleased to announce that we now have Prettau Zirconia for our all-on-four implant cases.  Prettau Zirconia is simply the best material available today for implant restorations.
